Cavalicious is a patisserie cafe located in the heart of Gladesville.
It is an Italian family owned and run business baking everything on the
premises daily. Our dedicated pastry chefs use nothing but the freshest
and finest ingredients to make all your favourite sweets, cakes and pastries.
Cavalicious provides beautiful coffee and light meals for breakfast and
lunch and catering options are also available for your next corporate or
private function.
Cavalicious takes cake orders for all occasions such as birthdays, weddings,
christenings and more. We are constantly introducing new products and experimenting
with new recipes to adapt to the needs and wants of our valued customers.

History
In early 2011, the passion of three brothers all in their twenties opened
Cavalicious. With over ten years of pastry chef experience from the eldest
brother and numerous years of hospitality experience from the other brothers,
the boys decided to combine these skills to help them start the business
off. They purchased the run down pizzeria in late 2010 and with the carpentry
skills from one of the brothers, the shop was revamped into a modern looking
patisserie.
Just over one year on, as their cake orders continue to increase they have
almost outgrown their small premises.
